Please fill out this registration/certificate request form only after your training dates have been confirmed by us – or after you have already participated in and completed your training with us. Note that we collect your mailing address to mail you training materials and/or your certificate of completion (if applicable)! Also, note that you must complete ALL training sessions (usually two sessions) as scheduled in order to be eligible for the completion certificate. You will receive the certificate via postal mail within 6 weeks. Please provide the exact spelling of your name as you would like it to appear on your certificate.

P.S.: If you\’re participating in a virtual training with us, we kindly ask that:
- You keep your camera on (as is possible)!
- You participate as much as you\’re comfortable – we want to hear from you!
- You let your peers speak freely and don\’t \”police\” their language (well, unless it\’s reallyyyyy, objectively bad)
